I’m Le’Nise Brothers, a nearly qualified naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, specialising in women’s health, anxiety, depression and weight loss. I will qualify in August 2017 after an intensive 3 year programme, with 200 clinical hours of seeing clients in the student clinic. I am also a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), a body that regulates nutritional therapists in the UK.
I’ve had a life long interest in food – eating it, cooking it and sharing it. I slowly started to make the connection between what I was eating and how I was feeling and used diet and lifestyle changes to improve my anxiety, depression and irritable bowel syndrome.
I believe in the power of food, food as medicine. I also believe that food is something to be enjoyed and celebrated, not feared.
