Le'Nise Brothers Women's Health and Hormones Nutritionist

I'm Le'Nise Brothers, a yoga teacher, Registered Nutritionist, mBANT, mCNHC, specialising in women's health, hormones and the menstrual cycle and the host of the Period Story podcast.

I'm also the author of the book You Can Have a Better Period, available from all good book retailers.

I work with women who struggle with sugar cravings, hormonal bloating & acne and low energy and help them understand their menstrual cycle.

The intensive work I do with my clients helps them get control over hormonal issues such as PMS, fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, heavy, missing, irregular & painful periods, and perimenopause.

I love seeing my clients regain their spark, improve their health and boost their energy.

“Working with Le’Nise really helped me to understand my health issues in a way the GP was unable.

She broke down my issues, explained how they were connected and how they impact my health.

Le’Nise helped me to see that my extreme lethargy, frequent illness and low mood didn’t have to be my norm.

She gave me some helpful tools regarding food and sleep routine that I was able to apply immediately.  I saw results within weeks!”

Le'Nise Brothers Registered Nutritional Therapist & Women's Health, Hormones, Menstrual & Wellbeing Coach

I specialise in working with women with issues with their menstrual cycle, period and hormones.

I believe in the power of food, food as medicine. I also believe that food is something to be enjoyed and celebrated, not feared.

I’ve had a life long interest in food - eating it, cooking it and sharing it. My own health journey started when I slowly started to make the connection between what I was eating and how I was feeling. I  used diet and lifestyle changes to improve painful  and heavy periods, anxiety, depression and irritable bowel syndrome.

After over 15 years working in advertising and media, I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist. I qualified after an intensive 3 year programme at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, England, including over 200 clinical hours seeing clients in the student clinic.

I am also a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), a regulatory body that oversees nutritional therapists in the UK and the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC), the UK register of complementary health practitioners who have met UK standards.

I have clinics at the Onebody Clinic in Chiswick and at Brighter Spaces in Islington and I also see clients over Zoom.

My mission is for women to understand and embrace their hormones & menstrual cycle!
